A Memorial Back to Back

Will Schusterick and Dave Feldberg played absolutely lights out golf at the Memorial. They fought hard. They made it look easy. And then there was Paul McBeth. Paul is calm, cool, and collected. He’s not flashy, but this weekend, he was as perfect as you could ever hope to be. Booming, accurate drives combined with rock-solid putting made him simply impossible to catch, much less beat. Paul cruised to a -44 to become the second player in history to win back-to-back at the Memorial Championship.

The West Virginia Disc Golf Assoc. llc will be hosting seasonal, 12-week PDGA leagues at the Seth Burton Memorial DG Complex and Dorsey’s Knob starting in March. Each 12-week session will be a point series consisting of “A” and “B” level divisions playing a singles round of 18 holes. Play Fantasy Disc Golf

Fantasy Disc Golf brings a new element of competition into the sport of disc golf. Players pick the golfers they think will perform the best at a given tournament. Here’s how it works:

Pick golfers: For each tournament in each league you’re a member of, you’ll pick the golfers you think will perform the best. Each league may have different picks and scoring systems. Picks must be made by Midnight, Central Time on the day the tournament starts.

Watch the action: Follow the tournament and watch the golfers! Many Major and National Tour tournaments have live online scoring on the PDGA Website, and some even have live video coverage.

Check your scores: After the tournament completes and its results are posted we’ll calculate the player scores. Check out your league results and standings, and then proceed to tell your friends how awesome you did and how awesome they didn’t do.

Play fantasy disc golf.
